Meet the Founders Behind Haven Sauna
Haven Sauna was founded by Chiquel (“Q”) and Kaitlyn Davis—partners in marriage, business, and life.
With over 10 years in the fitness and wellness industry, they built their careers around one core belief: people deserve to feel seen, supported, and part of something.
But Haven wasn’t built from business experience alone—it was built from real life.
After experiencing deep personal loss and mental health challenges early in their relationship, Q and Kaitlyn turned to movement, routine, and community as a way to heal. What started as daily workouts at a local gym—during a time when money was tight and life felt uncertain—became the foundation for everything they’ve built together since.
From cleaning treadmills on overnight shifts to managing multiple fitness locations, to building careers in real estate and raising three children, they’ve always done it side by side—with resilience, humility, and an unwavering commitment to community.
Haven Sauna is a reflection of that journey.
